Purchased From: Authorized Dealer/Reseller
If you purchased the product through a Micro-Air authorized dealer or 3rd Party Reseller, please contact them directly to return or exchange the item. These items are subject to return, refund, or exchange policy from where the item was purchased.

  1. Download our PDF Return Form..
  2. Provide detailed information about the return request including your Micro-Air order number.
  3. Include the return form in the shipment of item/s being returned.
Warranty Service
We Have You Covered
All Micro-Air items are covered under our Limited Warranty as described on the following Information Page.

  1. Download our PDF Return Form.
  2. If the item was purchased from Micro-Air, please include your Micro-Air order number, otherwise specify "WARRANTY" in the RMA entry box in the form.
  3. Warranty items must be sent to the address on the form with Attn: Receiving.
  4. Include the return form in the shipment of item/s being returned.
  5. An automated confirmation email will be sent to your email address once the item is received and inspected.

Please provide detailed information about the issue or return request such as the below examples:
  • Why are you returning the item? Warranty or Refund?
  • What type of behavior are you experiencing?
  • Was the original configuration updated?
  • Describe the unit/s as well as providing all identifiable information such as serial numbers etc...
