If you purchased the product through a Micro-Air authorized dealer or 3rd Party Reseller, please contact them directly to return or exchange the item. These items are subject to return, refund, or exchange policy from where the item was purchased.

Purchased From: Micro-Air, Inc.
  1. 1. Download our PDF Return Form.
  2. 2. Provide detailed information about the return or exchange request including your Micro-Air order number.
  3. 3. Include the return form in the shipment of item/s being returned.
  4. 4. Obtain an appropriate box for shipping the original item back to our location using the address on the form with Attn: Receiving
  5. 5. An automated confirmation email will be sent to you once the item is received.
Warranty Service
We Have You Covered
All Micro-Air items are covered under our Limited Warranty as described on the following Information Page and may be sent to Micro-Air within two (2) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser of our product. Please follow the steps below to service your product.

  1. 1. Download our PDF Return Form.
  2. 2. If the item was purchased from Micro-Air, please include your Micro-Air order number, otherwise specify "WARRANTY" in the RMA entry box in the form.
  3. 3. Provide detailed information in the return form such as...
    • What issue are you having with the device?
    • What equipment is it connected to? Please provide model number and brand if possible.
    • What steps are needed to duplicate the problem?
    • Did you contact Micro-Air for helping to diagnose the issue? If so, by phone or email?
  4. 4. Include the return form in the shipment of item/s being returned.
  5. 5. Obtain an appropriate box for shipping the original item back to our location using the address on the form with Attn: Receiving
  6. 6. An automated confirmation email will be sent to you once the item is received. Our support team will then inspect and troubleshoot the item as needed.
