If you purchased the product through a Micro-Air authorized dealer or 3rd Party Reseller, please contact them directly to return or exchange the item. These items are subject to return, refund, or exchange policy from where the item was purchased.

Refund Note: Refunds are not available after 60 days of the purchase date.
  1. 1. Download our PDF Return Form.
  2. 2. Provide detailed information about the return request including your Micro-Air order number. Your order number should be used for the "RMA" number.
  3. 3. Include the return form in the shipment of item/s being returned.
  4. 4. Obtain an appropriate box for shipping the original item back to our location using the address on the form with Attn: Receiving
  5. 5. An automated confirmation email will be sent to you once the item is received.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order was placed DIRECTLY THROUGH the Micro-Air, LLC web store (https://www.microair.net) and delivered to a consumer in a member state of the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, subject to applicable law and any statutory exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a Support Request through our case management system:

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will acknowledge receipt and provide instructions for returning the product, if applicable.

If your product was purchased through an authorized dealer, distributor, retailer, marketplace, or any other third party, please contact that seller directly regarding your withdrawal, return, or refund request. Micro-Air can only process withdrawal requests for orders purchased directly from Micro-Air.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to Micro-Air.

For returns that are not made under the applicable statutory European Union right of withdrawal, accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will acknowledge receipt and provide instructions for returning the product, if applicable.

Returned products must be be sent back in accordance with our return instructions and applicable law. Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Certain products may not be eligible for withdrawal where exceptions apply under applicable European Union consumer protection laws, including, but not limited to, products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized products.

All Micro-Air items are covered under our Limited Warranty as described on the following Information Page and may be sent to Micro-Air within two (2) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser of our product. Please follow the steps below to service your product.
