If you purchased the product through a Micro-Air authorized dealer or 3rd Party Reseller, please contact them directly to return or exchange the item. These items are subject to return, refund, or exchange policy from where the item was purchased.

Refund Note: Refunds are not available after 60 days of the purchase date.

  2. 2. Provide detailed information about the return request including your Micro-Air order number. Your order number should be used for the "RMA" number.
  3. 3. Include the return form in the shipment of item/s being returned.
  4. 4. Obtain an appropriate box for shipping the original item back to our location using the address on the form with Attn: Receiving
  5. 5. An automated confirmation email will be sent to you once the item is received.

All Micro-Air items are covered under our Limited Warranty as described on the following Information Page and may be sent to Micro-Air within two (2) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser of our product. Please follow the steps below to service your product.
